Cancellations, Refunds, & Schedule Changes

• Cancellations/refunds:  $25 non-refundable fee
• Rescheduling at least ten days before the start of a weekend:  no fees or penalties.
• Rescheduling/Cancelling less than ten days before a weekend or after a weekend has begun will forfeit entire registration fee.

The fee to attend an Engaged Encounter weekend covers all materials used on the weekend, meals and facility costs. If for some reason you cannot attend your weekend or would like to change your weekend date, please contact us at sandiegoee@gmail.com.
